Hello!

Since the young age of three, Camryn has always had a knack for creativity,. Her creative outlet began with dancing. This is where she curiously explored choreography, movement patterns, and musicality. She found her own rhythm. This creativity carried itself into her high school and college years where she developed a new creative love for video editing; whether it was combining dance and film or simply putting clips together. From this point on, she developed an eye  for digital art, which culminated into graphic design, layout & design, writing, and on-camera work. So, how does this connect? Undeniably, dance is apart of the fabric of who she is. This gift has allowed her to view edited video and writing as a dance, presenting itself as choreography of sorts. How can visuals  be cohesive and seamless ? How can visuals be layered similar to complex movement patterns? What does this communicate to an audience? How can I highlight a specific detail? This outlook is unique to her creative style and goes untapped in many.

In college, Camryn not only studied dance but studied broadcast journalism. During her time at Wayne State University, she excelled in courses such as broadcast news writing and editing, TV news reporting & editing, magazine layout & design, technical communications, news reporting, survey of mass communications, and journalism grammar and style. She honed her creative talent through the guise of higher education. This has made her a more introspective and skilled writer, video editor, and visual artist overall.

Camryn has professional experience using Filmora Editing Software, Avid Editing tools, Adobe Premier Pro, and Final Cut Pro. She most recently obtained Certification in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google, in order to bridge the gap between creative visuals and marketing techniques. She also holds skills in sound editing, production, filming, sequence selection, content development, lucid press, brand integration,  and color correction.
